Two training sessions on "Creating partnerships" were held on Monday, November 19, 2007 at the Dubai Office for team members in the city of cultural cross roads, Dubai!
The training was conducted by Ms Sabina Rahim from Training & Development Department, Human Resource Division.
The training comprised of an introduction to AICL's vision & values. It also focused on the importance of putting one's heart into work to ensure great results. In addition, the importance of creativity & team work was also highlighted. Vision wearing cards were also distributed in the session & its importance was highlighted. The essence of the training session was to inculcate a feeling of team work & enthusiasm amongst team members.
This was followed by Training Needs Assessment of the Dubai team members which was conducted by Ms Rafia Naseer from the training team. The objective of the activity was to highlight the specific training & development needs of team members in Dubai, so that customized training sessions are designed & conducted to meet the specific needs of team members. |
