Managing Director Mohammad Ali Zeb was appointed the Managing Director of Adamjee Insurance Company Limited on August 2008. He has over 15 years of experience in Manufacturing, Financial and Insurance Sector. He started his professional career in 1995 from Nishat Mills, where he rose to the position of Financial Controller. He then joined Adamjee Insurance as Executive Director Finance & Chief Financial Officer in 2005 and later became the Chief Executive Officer. He is also on the Board of Adamjee Life Assurance Company Limited, MCB Bank Limited and Nishat Mills. Mr. Ali Zeb is a certified Chartered Accountant with a Gold Medal and a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of Pakistan. Manzar Mushtaq. Executive Director Manzar Mushtaq dynamic & intellectual personality is a manifestation of his successful academic & professional endeavors. Mr. Mushtaq completed his secondary education from Lahore American School & moved to Clark University, USA for his undergraduate program with majors in Political Sciences & International Relations. He joined ABN AMRO in 1999 & ascended to Manager Position in two years. Later, he joined Security General Insurance as Marketing Head for Lahore region. He rose rapidly through the ranks to be appointed as General Manager, & soon thereafter becoming Chief Executive Officer. Presently, Manzar holds the position of Executive Director in AICL. Jehangir Bashir Nawaz . Executive Director, HR, Quality Assurance & Marketing Mr. Jehangir Bashir Nawaz has joined Adamjee Insurance Company as an Executive Director Project. Mr. Nawaz has over 37 years of significant Management experience in various assignments in Marketing & sales, Human Resource Management, Corporate Communication, interaction with Government and Business Management with ICI Pakistan.Prior to joining the Mr. Nawaz was Chief Operating Officer at National Industrial Parks Development and Management Company(a public-private partnership organization). He is affiliated to Pakistan Society for Training and Development as Executive Vice President and Pakistan Society of Human Resource Management as a founder member. Utilizing the rich multinational experience he will have responsibility for supporting various activities of marketing and sales along with the channel development product portfolio. Naim Anwar . Executive Director . Sales Mr. Naim Anwar holds the position of Executive Director ( Sales ) in AICL. An ACCA background, his vast experience of 27 years includes manufacturing, export / import of Textiles and Leather, ranging from wholesale to retail. Naim Anwar has been associated with AICL since 15 years and has vast experience of Insurance which includes operations at branch and divisional levels. He has traveled extensively to almost every country of the world. His addition to management profile of AICL is definitely worthy addition to the expertise enjoyed by AICL at large. Mudassar Zubair . Chief Financial Officer Mudassar Zubair Mirza is the Chief Financial Officer for AICL. He has to his credit an accomplished educational and professional background. Previously he served as the financial controller at one of our leading group companies -Nishat Mills Ltd. His ability to accept increasingly challenging roles and also to infuse his team with the same spirit makes him a valuable addition to AICL executive team. Tameez-ul-Haque . Company Secretary Mr. Tameez-ul-Haque joined Adamjee Insurance in April 2005 as Company Secretary. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant & fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP). Mr. Haque holds vast experience of banking & financial services. He held various senior positions in MCB Bank for 25 years including Company Secretary and Secretary of Audit, Executive & Credit Committees of the bank. In addition he was Interest Free Banking Group Head for 10 years. Rehan Ahmed . Internal Audit . HOD Rehan Ahmed holds the position of Head of Internal Audit in AICL. He joined AICL in June 2007.Rehan is a Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) since 1992, and a Cost and Management Accountant from Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMAP) since 1995. Rehan started his career with an internationally renowned Management Consulting firm as a management consultant before moving on to commercial banking industry in 2000. He has well rounded and diversified experience in financial services industry at various senior positions. He is very optimistic about the future prospects of insurance sector in Pakistan and AICL in particular.
